Spring Daze

We went to the annual Spring Daze arts festival this morning. The weather was nearly perfect for it. Lily finally found something to use her allowance on. She is now the proud owner of a pink pearl bead necklace. It looks great with most of her outfits. Hopefully she will consider it $5 well-spent. She also got a little taste of how money works when she wanted to buy something else later, but discovered that she didn't have enough money.

Overall, it's been a pretty low-key day. We're supposed to have some thunderstorms tonight, which would be good. We still have not turned the A/C on yet and we're fighting it all the way.
