Beyond the 4th

The 4th of July came and went without much fanfare here. Since we go to church on Saturday it was impossible to grill out, but I do plan on grilling today. Since we saw fireworks on Friday we avoided the crowds last night. Plus, Lily was obviously tired and it didn't make sense to keep her up late two nights in a row.

I took a test last Monday, so I was busy all last weekend with studying. It's nice to be able to plan on a few fun things today. Noah is showing some interest in airplanes. I think today may be the day to take him to the RDU observation park. I will of course report on how that goes.
