Mouth Problems

Amanda has felt around and discovered that Noah is cutting a front tooth. He has been very cute with his two-tooth smile, but it is good that he is getting something on top so he can bite a little bit. Good thing that he will be weaned after tomorrow! Of course, the problem has been a runny nose and a generally cranky attitude. He has not been napping well either. It's one of those seasons.

Meanwhile, Lily is having some problems taming the tongue. Perhaps she should come and hear our pastor's messages on James 1? At any rate, now when she gets mad at Amanda she runs up to her room and screams that Amanda is a "stupid mother." I gave her a spanking for that yesterday.

It's tough because we understand that she is going to get mad sometimes. However, we don't think she is expressing it in a very suitable way. As with all things Lily, this is going to take some time and persistence. Hopefully we won't have a lot of this over the weekend while Aunt Claudia and Zach are visiting.
